We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Check-in was easy and staff were polite. Hotel needs updating/maintaining. The room was not great to be honest. Paint was shabby, chips on wooden furniture, cracked tiles in the bathroom, stagnant water smell in the bathroom, but the worst was the extremely creaky floorboards. It woke us up several times due to people walking down the corridor creaking the floor, it was really loud. Definitely needs new flooring throughout the top floor (floor 4). Won't be visiting again unfortunately.
Really convenient location in the city centre
We booked a junior suite as it wasn't a lot more than the normal room rate and it was a great size and really comfortable
Very clean, and nice touches like a complimentary drink each, Nespresso machine and decent robes
Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and efficient , real credit to the hotel
