I listened to banging all hours above and beside me….. dirty towels thrown in hallway, disgusting! One elevator you have to wait in line on. breakfast was not enjoyable at all, went and bought breakfast elsewhere..! Night staff not so friendly

The toilets are literally sitting on the floor…you have an aging population that needs normal sized toilets plus who wants to squat that low. No one. Please consider a remodel at this hotel. It’s the only one to stay in VR.
