About this property

Carr's Landing Getaway - Close to 50th Parallel

Located in Carr's Landing which is a semi-rural residential area. There is a view of Okanagan Lake which is a short 5 minute walk from the front door, Coral Beach is a public beach area with boat launch, play area and tennis court. 50th Parallel winery is walking distance from the house, Predator Ridge and Sparkling hills are a 10 minute drive and we are 20 mins from Kelowna airport.
The space
Our guest suite consists of a full kitchen, eating area, living space, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 place dining set, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Also provided is a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave.
