Upon entering my room, I noticed right away that the bedspreads (top blankets) had stains. Some of the stains looked like ink marks, and some were unidentifiable. One comforter was worse than the other. When I checked the sheets under the top blanket, which was polyester, the flat sheet also had stains on it. I then looked around and noticed the fridge was not working and had not been cleaned. The TV was also not working. I went down to inform the gentleman at the front desk and he came up to the room minutes later to assess the situation. He said they did not have any extra top blankets for the beds, but he could wash the stained top blanket and sheets. He agreed that the refrigerator was not working and that it was dirty, he went and found a functioning refrigerator and replaced it. He also took the bedding off of the one bed That had stains all over it. He washed the bedding and put it back on when we were out. He was extremely helpful and courteous, which I appreciated. He definitely did his best to fix the situation. He got the TV working and said it was because the outlet was old and sensitive. When trying to charge our phones in the evening, we tried multiple outlets and only one worked. That evening, we cracked the window for some fresh air and realize that the lock to the window was not functional. I understand that this is a value hotel, but at the bare minimum, the bedding should be clean upon arrival and free of stains and the appliances should be working.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Cozy Inn, super friendly staff and the beds were comfortable! The room was clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Great breakfast selection in the morning was a plus, we will be back!

Its an older hotel so I was expecting some things to need repair or updating but there was a burn hole in the middle of the bed spread. I understand expenses and would have been more accepting of a patch than disregard. There was a floater in the toilet and I assume because you have to hold the handle for a long time but clearly it wasn't noticed which means not cleaned. there was a paper cup stacked without the plastic wrapper, again not checked. the staff was amazing and the housekeeper though in my witness of her other tasks. not sure what happened in that room, missed possibly?

Our stay was excellent and just what my family needed as we were passing through Centralia. The location was very convenient, as it was right off I-5 and had free parking. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy like the hotel name. The front desk staff member was responsive and attentive to our needs. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was an A !!

Big comfortable room with great morning breakfast. Close to shopping and dining options. Close to freeway access and free parking We had a great stay for two nights. Everything was perfect, especially the front desk staff!! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Washington.

From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.
