The Hyatt Place was perfect for our stay in Charleston. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us and our questions. The hotel is clean and modern, has a parking garage on site too. Also in a location that allowed us to walk to local restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charleston SC

My stay at The Hyatt Place in Historical Charleston was great. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. The location could not have been better. It is in the historic district on the main road, King Street. I could walk everywhere; there were many restaurants, clubs, shopping stores, and boutiques.

Ok experience overall
Was checking out and the guy was being very rude and would not listen to what I had to say. I was trying to explain to him that the valet parking was to be charged to the card used for the room but he kept interrupting me and saying he didn’t understand what I was talking about. If he would not have interrupted me 5 times he would have understood what I was trying to say. Other than that it was pleasant.

Wonderful Stay
This is a bit more residential are a Charleston, and it was nice to walk around seeing the real homes. It was about a 15 minute stroll to the college and the music hall. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was good and coffee is available all day. I would definitely stay here again.
