Upon checking in we were told there was $100 security deposit. Wasn’t a problem, we just wanted to sleep. Elevators were out, we had to take 3 flights of stairs. There was blood on the stairs. It felt very sketchy and it felt dirty. Again, we just wanted to sleep too tired to complain. Removed covers and put my own sheets.

Red Roof has a Leak on everything 👈
Worse visit ever! Now I know why I never stay...no working elevator? No working TV in room and they tried 3 different remotes, told us they would fix it on a fourth try, but NEVER returned? Wouldn't even let us change room? Only one employee there on all shifts. Out of order pool, dirty hallways, major leaks in hallways? Was told manager comes and goes and never here most hours?....A very sad SO CALLED hotel👎

I had trouble checking in once checking in I noticed the jet tub was not clean & I notified the staff and they said they will clean it….. 2 days later still not clean I went to a dollar store to get cleaning supplies to do it but when I got back. I was using the bathroom when a big roach came out from under the sink so I checked out the hotel. The front desk asked us was the roach under the sink which made me to believe this is an ongoing issue there.
