Loved our stay here while visiting our granddaughter at CofC. Room was gorgeous and all staff went above our expectations on southern hospitality. So convenient to shopping and restaurants and they have a wonderful social hour. The Watch restaurant was amazing with a rooftop area!! It was our first visit, but definitely won’t be our last.

Very disappointing/would not recommend despite high scores. No one at front desk to check in. Then explained my dog was a service dog at no extra charge (pet fee wasn't disclosed at booking anyway) but hotel billed me anyway. Had to go back to a manager to dispute charges a second time completely ridiculous. Front desk staff very poor attitude. Hammering in morning just after 7AM. Very poorly managed hotel. Many better choices in Charleston than this/never again.
