I liked the property's proximity to shopping and other food venues. The area was walkable and I felt safe walking to places outside of the hotel. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and although there was limited staff due to the Christmas holidays, everyone was very accommodating and friendly and the food was very good. We did not get our room cleaned the 3-day stay, even after requesting a cleaning. All in all, the room was well-appointed and comfortable.

I didn't get my room serviced on my first day and when I asked I was told, "We are short on staff". I also didn't get my room serviced the second day, when I called I was told "According to my records you did get your room serviced". stuff happens, people get sick...etc. I do expect the manager to try to compensate for it after all my fees includes the service.
