Room was clean, decent sized. Shower/tub just showed its age, wear and tear but it was clean. Check in staff could at least fake a smile and greeting. Everyone has a bad day but eye rolling while your coworker is speaking or making faces is not okay. I would have like to have a receipt at check out and asked for one but was told I had to wait for it by email. Which of course I never received.

I wanna say her name is Verna she works a lot at the Desk she always make my stay an enjoyable one the other staff is ok at times but I come because of her when I’m in Charlotte she is the best .
