A Delightful Stay in Charlotte
It was a fabulous stay, restful and comfy with great staff interactions when needed and space to chill out when not. There are lots of food and service options nearby. The check in was smooth and the restaurant is first rate. A very nice breakfast buffet started each day. The beds are comfy room was spacious. The sink in my room was slow but one mention got it serviced. By the end of day 3 it was slowing again. (room 536) The tub in the room also needs resurfacing which I forgot to mention.(it's peeling, which stopped me from taking a bath) The copy machine connected to the guest computers in the lobby was defective but the staff made it possible to get copies 3 times which helped a lot. All in all a delightful stay.

The property itself is fine for US standards (definitely not up to Asian standards); a typical Hilton but the thing that makes this hotel great is the friendliness of the staff and how utterly helpful and welcoming they are! Also the food is delicious.

The hotel was dated. Previous person’s clothes in room still, hair in bathroom and sink and shower had mildew. I actually checked out a day early.
