The tv remote was a joke Had aim just in one spot. There was no guide on tv There was no mute button There was not a channel list on paper. Had to scan QR code. Dont have that on my phone. Will never stay here again

Wet carpet, heavy cleaning smell. Humid. Let down.
Everything was OK. I had high expectations especially after reading a lot of the reviews. What made it most miserable was? I did not bring slippers, like I normally do to a hotel, but what I did not expect, was to have a wet carpet that had been shampooed and cleaned. While I appreciate the attempt, I had to put on my work boots to walk around because my socks and feet were soaked. That was quite uncomfortable. that would explain the extreme smell of cleaning products when we first came in and the room just seemed to be very humid. Could not get the temperature to make the smell or humidity go away. Not the best experience. The front desk associate that checked me in, was mostly friendly. But when it came to talking about the rewards, he made a face and comment about the the fact that I booked through Hotels.com in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. He said that I was actually just getting Hotels.com the money, not Comfort Inn and suites and they were just hosting us. It was a little bit strange.

Very clean and tidy room! I am pleased with how many things are set up in the room for the person staying (coffees and teas/showering products/different kinds of pillows/etc.). I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Issue with the computer system
Staff is very good at this hotel. The hotel is clean, quiet and safe. I have had an issue the last 4 times I stayed with getting my room tidied up. They enter it into the computer to refresh the room but it doesn’t happen. Last night the clerk explained that if the desk clerk does not hit save in the system it will not generate a note to clean the room. I hope all the clerks will be taught how to enter this properly as I am tired of having to come back each day and complain of an unmade room. Otherwise the hotel is okay to stay at.
