This lovely one level home has just been completely renovated. It is only a couple minutes from downtown Crozet and just a short drive from multiple vineyards and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The living room has vaulted ceilings and lager windows that fill the space with natural light. The homes sits on 2.5 acres with fruit trees, blackberry bushes and plenty of room for yard games. There is also a cottage on the property.

Mark was the perfect host and the house very cozy and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. Well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds and close proximity to any and all. Would highly recommended staying here.

Beautiful, comfy house in great location!
The house is immaculate, very comfortably furnished, and has lots of natural light. The back deck is a great space to enjoy a glass of wine while watching deer graze in the yard. Just a few minutes drive to a good grocery store and restaurant options. Lots of wineries and breweries within a 15 minute drive, and Monticello is just ~25 minutes away. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very Relaxing
My husband and I rented this place over the weekend to attend a wedding. It was perfect! Mark was very responsive and brought us an ironing board, iron, and blow dryer since the place didn’t yet have them. It looks freshly remodeled and was clean and peaceful. There is a grocery store close by and an amazing Mediterranean restaurant right across from the grocery store.

Country setting close to Charlottesville
This home met our needs perfectly, and is very newly remodeled, clean attractive and comfortable. Beds slept well, master shower is nicely designed. Close enough to town and the events we were attending to be conveniently located, and in a lovely peaceful setting. We watched two fox playing one morning, and four deer stroll by the deck the next morning. Mark is a responsive host, and easy to work with- no high-maintenance requirements. Highly recommend.

This house worked out really well for our group of 5. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip visiting wineries/breweries.
