One elevator out of 2 was out of service, the juice machine was out of service, the ice machine was out of service. I went to take a shower in the afternoon and there was no water so I called the desk and they were aware but had not notified any guests. The mattress was dented - flip the mattress! The mini couch and bed were ridiculously uncomfortable and creaked loudly with any movement. The staff was pleasant but seemed numb to the many issues.

We booked three rooms. Desk staff not very friendly, def not welcoming. Seemed annoyed that our party of 10 entered the building. Few things in the rooms in disrepair. Odd patching of holes and damage in the bathtub that made it feel gross to bath a child in.

Great experience! I'm used to traveling and I usually don't use hotels, but this time I decided to try one out and it was fantastic. The room felt very "apartment-like." Had a separate living room, kitchen, and a nice walk-in closet. The indoor hot tub and pool were very nice and MAN the breakfast was 10/10. Great variety and very tasty. Overall, the vibes were great from the beginning and it was very cozy. I'll definitely be looking to use this place again

HORRIBLE
Will never use hotels.com again after the issue with this hotel. Did not get the room we reserved through hotels.com and neither did numerous other people in line before and after us at check in. Hotel would not credit us the difference unless hotels.com initiated the refund. There is no phone number on earth to reach hotels.com and social media did not respond either. There was no ice machines on any floor that worked nor in the breakfast area. There was no water or juice available as the machine was broken. There was no parking available even though we were charged for it. Was told I would be refunded for the parking and never was.

Great location
It's a nice hotel in a great spot for the convention center. Everyone was very nice. A little dated, but still felt clean and safe. Kids enjoyed the breakfast.
