The space
Chalet Ouareau’s spacious indoors is perfect to accommodate family and friends of 6, with its 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 comfy beds

The outdoors is equipped with a relaxing spa in the middle of nature and with a lovely river view. The chalet is 2minutes away from the Ouareau forest and its hiking trails


You are required to complete the pre-check form for the $800 security deposit along with providing a valid ID, the link to the form will be sent in our confirmation message.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals.
Other amenities such a TV, Wi-Fi, washer and also a dryer. An indoor and outdoor fireplace, a private hot tub are some of the attractions of this warm chalet.

Guests also have a dedicated workspace with wifi that’s well-suited for remote working.

The chalet, the private hot tub is reserved only for guests registered before arrival.

IMPORTANT: This is a top-of-the-range chalet in a contemporary style, furnished with care, with large bay windows, and is very bright. It is perfect for family reunions, relaxation weekends with friends, and ski weekends. It is not suitable for graduation parties, drinking parties, etc. We ensure that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is respected (strict supervision on site) and we ask tenants to respect the calm neighborhood after 10 p.m., under penalty of penalties.

Other points to note

– IMPORTANT: Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “party animals”).
A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.

– We accept dogs only (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for hypoallergenic cleaning.
All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11 a.m.

Chalet 'Ouareau' is located 1 hour from Montreal and 35 minutes from the ski slopes of Saint-Côme.

No shoes inside the chalet, please

Noise:
Excessive noise is not allowed either inside or outside.

* Hot Tub *
It is compulsory to take a shower and not have moisturizing creams before using the hot tub.
The hot tub is available throughout the year.



* Smoking *
Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet.

* ANIMALS *

Dogs only are accepted in the cabin for $100 / stay
The chalet only welcomes 2 animals (in the basement)

*TV*
The chalet is equipped with a smart TV.


* LOGGERS*
There is an outdoor home at your disposal
Six logs are provided for free per stay
If in need of more loggers, you can buy from the store located 10 minutes away from the cottage.

The chalet is equipped with a good 80 Mbit/s internet connection
The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm
The BBQ is designed for your outdoor meals
The hot tub is functional all year round
You have access to a multitude of activities adapted to all seasons.

All required addresses are provided within our Touchstay link, which will be sent to you, once your booking with Premium Chalets is confirmed.
Other things to note
-IMPORTANT:

-All guests have to fill out a pre check-in form through a "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon the booking confirmation.


-The verification steps require the guest to fill out the contact information, a valid ID and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $800.


Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after the departure if no damage was done to the property

Other points to note:

Adherence to the House Rules outlined herein is an essential condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance with the aforementioned House Rules may incur penalties, including the deduction of amounts from the security deposit.

-A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.

SPA

-The SPA are accessible year-round. Using glassware in or near the spa area is strictly prohibited for safety purposes. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.

SMOKING

-No smoking, including vaping, inside the chalet. $250 fine for smoking indoors.
-Properly dispose of cigarette butts in provided ashtray, Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

PETS

Pets are not allowed on the premises. In the event of a violation, there will be a $100 pet fee imposed, as well as an additional $100 for extra cleaning to ensure the accommodation remains in top condition.

NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;

VISITORS

-Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES

-Report all damages and breakages to the Property Manager promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. --To prevent damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.

COMPLIANCE

-Owner/Manager may terminate occupancy and evict Guests/Visitors for non-compliance or causing disturbance to neighbors/residents.
