This hotel requires the current refurbishment urgently The furniture in our hotel room was filthy. It should have been removed, difficult to believe the hotel management had not noticed its condition.

Refurbished room clean and tidy . Main bed comfortable but sofa bed mattress very thin and quite uncomfortable for the children. Breakfast good selection

Quiet Corner
Delightful place, away from the hassle and buzzle. Has a Starbucks cafe on site managed by hotel staff. All the staff were helpful. The is a bus stop by the hotel if you are xoing from Chester. Similarly on the opposite side, one can get two buses into Chester. The BP petrol station next to hotel also has a Starbucks cafe and small shop outlet.
