Boat house on the sea.

Boathouse is literally sitting on the ocean. With high ceilings, wood floors and beautiful views makes it one of Cheticamp's best rentals. Walking distance to Whale Cruises, restaurants, bars, and cofee shop, property is perfect. Only 10 minutes to the National Park. You will fall in love with the view, the ocean, the sal air and the sound of boats going by with their catch of lobster. Make this space your central location to visit the island. This is ground level, upstairs another rental.

There are two bedrooms in this rental and one king size bed in the open concept living room. There is another unit on the second floor.

Parking is street side. It is very well lit and we have never had any issues, it is a very safe area:)

The downtown area is quite nice and you are situated right on the boardwalk. Please take the time to take a stroll by the water and drop in at Marquerite boutique et Provisions for a fresh coffee and locally baked goods.

family time in the highlands
This was a perfect choice for home base to explore the highlands with our two young adult children. A short drive to the famous Skyline trail and the beautiful drive beyond. Also great location for whale watching tour that was basically next door. And yes, we saw whales (and a leatherback turtle). Large deck to sip wine, watch the cows on Cheticamp Island, and enjoy the sunset. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot in Cheticamp
We loved our stay here - beautiful views and very comfortable and clean space. We enjoyed watching the mama and young seagulls on the deck below. Very convenient location.
