Property was cute. Bathroom was very small. TV didn’t work. Coffee shop opens kind of late and if you’re there for business as I was it’s nice to have the option earlier. Most places I’ve stayed at opens at 6 am.

Great two night couples getaway.
There are lots of options in Chicago for places to stay. We decided to stay at the ACME Hotel as it was fairly central to where we were going to be, there was a parking garage right beside it, and it was a great rate for the room. Was not the largest room, but you're only there to sleep. Definitely not a room you are going to throw a party in, but it suited our purposes. Room was clean enough, but there was a plastic food container left behind, and when the bathroom mirror/shower glass steamed up, you could see things had been written on them. Obviously they had not been wiped down very well. Fair amount of dust in the bathroom as well. The Berkshire Room is the hotel bar and it is exquisite. Beautiful hotel, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, good hotel
The check in and service was easy and friendly. The room was tiny, but sufficient for the 2 of us. Basic cable channels. Heat/AC unit was a bit noisy, but worked well. The bathroom was clean in appearance. The nightstand had a clear plastic card (?) on it, which tells me it wasn't wiped down. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. Very flat. The location is excellent and the price is good. An above average hotel experience.

Nice affordable boutique hotel in downtown Chicago. In walking distance from great shopping, convenience stores, and late night food (Subway, 7-11, or McDonald’s). Would stay here again!
