After having flight delays I got to the hotel at 6pm to be informed by the front desk and Manager that they didnt have a room for me that I paid for a month or more in advance - The Management was going to have me go to another hotel for 1 night and then come back to the Courtyard for the next night - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went to the other hotel and was told that 1 night was taken care by Courtyard but NOT 2 nights that I had already paid for. AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I spoke with Alex at Expedia even though I have not used Expedia in YEARS and only Travelocity and never have had an issue with Travelocity. Alex wanted to move me to a TOTALLY DIFF hotel and not credit me for already paying in advance so I would have had to pay for another hotel room.
The hotel I was sent to was AWESOME and the staff and Management were great at Hyatt Place/Hyatt House.
The staff/Management that I spoke with at Courtyard were TERRIBLE.
I believe I paid $575 up front for my hotel room for 2 nights and Alex credited my credit card for $278 and I ended up paying $400 at Hyatt Place/Hyatt House.
THIS is the HOTEL that I was sent to and I am not sure why I should have had to pay anything.

I have booked some other hotels thru Travelocity already for this summer and paid for them and IF THEY ARE IN ANY WAY tied to EXPEDIA i will cancel and do something different.
If I book on line with Travelocity I EXPECT that I am only dealing with Travelocity.
