Felt like security harassed our girl’s volleyball team. Knocking on our hotels doors and telling our girls it’s passed 10 pm and they need to return to their own rooms because it’s their policy, that an adult has to be in the room at all times. the girls were 14 years and the parents were downstairs in the lobby talking. The front desk didn’t notify any guests about the fact that someone called the police on man taking pictures of girls that were swimming in the pool.

Staff were absolutely top notch. From front desk, to kitchen, housekeeping, bartender and security. All were very friendly and helpful. 1 elevator stopped working. On 1 night we went to sit in the hot tub and the chemicals were so strong the fumes smell burned our eyes and made it difficult to breathe couldnt sit in it. Complained to front desk we didnt go back down to try it again. When they say breakfast ends at 9 they mean it ends at 9. They are prompt closing up. Made to order omelets and a good swlection of other breakfast foods from eggs to pasteries yougurt and fruit. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Our shower was slow draining i pulled the stopper and was just hair that i cleaned out and that fixed that. Some areas of paint peeling that has been attempted at being fixed not a real issue for us. Overall would recommend and wouldnstay there again.

Overall, it was fine. We like Embassy Suites, it was just our room was very hot and wouldn't cool down. A maintenance guy came to address it, but it didn't really work. He said he'd bring a fan, but didn't. I went to get one myself, which was fine, just not exactly what I expect from Embassy.

Love the atmosphere and the design of the hotel. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. We love the nightly reception and the free breakfast. What I did not like...the pool area was VERY cold and dark. The pool had way too many kids, and same with the hot tub. I was in there for 2 hours and NEVER saw a staff member come in and check on things. 2 teenage girls were physically fighting in the pool. Also only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. This was VERY inconvient.
