The original room we got reeked of cigarette smoke, but Zero one of the staff members was very kind and immediately changed our room. My biggest complaint was all the noisy teenagers running around the property/hallways at late hours, WHERE WERE THE PARENTS!? The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the staff in the dining hall was so kind!! The location is also convenient very close to L lines and bus stops, about 3-5 minute walks to them. Overall it was an okay stay for the weekend trip we had, the staff is what made this stay better. S/O Zero & the man who checks you in at breakfast, y'all are great! ❤️

I really enjoyed our stay. May family had a blast and everything looked and was great. I do have 1 minor complaint. It was super busy in the pool area and the pool and hot tub were in high use. Which is fine and my family still had plenty of space and fun. Only issues is that bc of the high use it wasn’t quite as clean as you’d want (hot tub). I don’t think it was any ones fault I think just that’s the way it goes sometimes when places get packed and not too much can be done about every single minute of a day to keep pace with it.
