Stay was great but, the service at the restaurants were terrible. Mangers called off leaving the staff scrambling to find help to fill orders in and computer was down so they wrote down orders. Long wait for food. The hotel and property were great! Shopping and restaurants are near by so no need to eat at the resort. Otherwise, lovely staycation.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Lodge. The only thing I would change was the cleanliness of the hot tub. There was brown foam during all of our stay. It would have been nice to go into a clean tub.
