Only reason for 4* was that our room had no water pressure. The sink barely ran and the shower was just slightly better than the sink. Others in our group had no problems in their rooms so I guess we just had the bad one.

Staff was very kind and professional. The room was in rough shape, the blinds didn’t close at all so the room was very bright all night and I had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom faucets were loose and worn out. Surprised having these issues with an expensive hotel.
