Beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a friendly, responsive staff. The only thing that wasn't excellent: The food at the bar was terrible. Of course, there are many restaurants in the Loop; we tried the hotel bar because to avoid a walk in extremely cold, windy weather--bad even for Chicago! Still, everything else was so comfortable and convenient, we'll be back.

Great location, and super-friendly staff. The layout of the room (different than as shown in this photo) was such that the room was very dark. Under-staffed at the restaurant for breakfast, so we decided to go elsewhere. But this is a perfect location for lots of great activities in Chicago, and generally comfortable.

I liked that they allowed you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout. We were going to a show and needed to keep our bags there until after the show.
