I was so very pleased with the special attention that I enjoyed my stay there. I was greeted each day by Ms. Von. My schedule didn’t allow me meet her but I hope she’s there when I return. Everything I could’ve wanted was easy to find and travel. I loved it .

The Drake is a Chicago landmark. The area is beautiful, the hotel situated right in front of lake Michigan makes it so much more appealing. Lot of shopping and world class restaurants within walking distance.

Great staff, property and location.
The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and remained engaged with us throughout our stay. The Coq D'or restaurant inside the hotel had a very intimate feel with great drinks and food. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The only small drawback was that the bed was too firm for me. I would definitely stay there again however, and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking there.
