All amenities such as shopping and dining can be found within a 2-3 minute drive as well as just 15 minutes away is cultus lake and cultus lake waterpark. Main bedroom features a king size bed with walk in closet and sliding glass door to the patio. Second bedroom has queen size bed and both feature wall mounted smart TVs equipped with Netflix and Prime video accessible. Modern kitchen comes with all your needs including a dishwasher. Living room features a large wall mounted smart TV, portable air conditioner to go along with large couch and loveseat. The dining area has a spacious wooden table that comfortably seats 4 as well as room for 2 more is comfortable barstools placed behind the table at the overhung counter.
