Beautiful room. Best motel that I’ve stayed at in a long time. Had all the amenities that I needed. Shower was amazing :) Very convenient parking without having to lug my bags around to get to my room. Pre-check in process is new (haven’t done for motel before) but wasn’t too bad.

Dogs barking all night…2 were of a guest staying and the allowed their dogs outside all night. Others were strays. We did not sleep well. The office was not open 24/7. No one was at the desk for hours. The place was kinda of clean…hairs and dirt in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable

A refreshing experience
The lodge and the people were great. Just what I needed. Hidden away on the outskirts of town. Had everything but a gas station right there. The only downside was the neighborhood dogs that came to visit. All very friendly and cute so I wanted to bring them all home with me! Definitely would stay again.

Off Season stay Jan 2024. Easily reserved a room at a great rate. Hi season will be much higher $. You are just inside the Canyon de Chelly NP boundary so the Lodge is in fact in the Park and its a few seconds to the Park road that takes you to all the viewpoints from the Canyon rims. Chinle - the nearest town is a few mins drive and has a supermarket, Dennys, and gas stations. There is an extensive gift shop and food at the Lodge But Note that the lodge cafeteria is EXTREMELY OVER PRICED especially for what the menu is- very simple food.

Wonderful local hotel
If you’re coming to Chinle stay at this Navajo owned hotel and not one of the bigger chains. Amazing service. Restaurant on site and a little shop. Very very clean!
