The room was not cleaned and the door to the bathroom would not latch closed. Breakfast was extremely limited and ran out often before ending at 9.

Hotel has some wear & tear, but it is very clean and the room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff was nice upon check in, however I am a little concerned about paying in cash and not receiving a receipt. When I asked for one, I was told that I will get a receipt at the time of checkout. I was also required to give a $50 security deposit since paying in cash, which I understand, however I was told I did not need a receipt and that the $50 would be refunded when I check out tomorrow. Honestly, this makes me uncomfortable. Cash transactions should always include a receipt. The clerk told me he would “put it in the notes” that I am to be refunded in the morning. I’m hoping there are no issues there.

They said they didn’t have a reservation then after hotels.com calle she found it. He wasn’t happy we got it for cheaper than their going rate. He heard the hotel.com employ ask if he was checking me in, I said yes and we hung up but then he tried to charge a 50$ additional fee and told my bf to go back to his counttyy
