Their elevator system is terrible and you will get stranded on whatever floor you're on. Unless you want to walk the 9 flights of steps with your luggage. Also the ac doesnt work correctly nor the water. Was put in a differnt room even then the ac still dodnt work correctly and there was blood on the wall. Not a very good stay at all

Nice downtown hotel
Very nice downtown hotel. Property was perfectly clean. The location and view of the river were great. However, the refrigerator was unplugged when we came in, so it took a long time to get cold and we were harassed by a homeless man outside the door when returning from a late dinner.
