Great stay
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed. It is in a great location especially for the spring games at legends way ball fields. The hot tub is no longer there but everything else was as described. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage almost every night. We will definitely book again for next year!

So very disappointing!
The location of the property was convenient, close to downtown Clermont with ample restaurants and stores nearby, which was ideal for us. However, our stay was marred by several issues. The spa leaked daily and required refilling, which took excessive time to reheat. Owner was aware and this was not fixed during our 3 week stay. Our stay was disrupted by major construction next door which lasted 10 days and was not only loud but also encroached onto the property. Part of the construction was staged on the property without our prior knowledge. At one point, a worker, who we believe was the owner of the house, entered the property’s lanai without our consent. This intrusion, coupled with the inability to access the water supply to refill the spa due to the construction, created a personal safety issue and we didn’t feel comfortable using the lanai or back yard. The back yard was strewn with debris from the construction. The gas fireplace was defective and filled the room with gas after a minute of ignition. We were not informed of this beforehand. The owner admitted to being aware of the defect. Additionally, the master bedroom’s walk-in shower only provided warm water, the handle didn’t turn all the way to hot. Fortunately, the shower on the other side of the house worked better. Overall, our stay was far from satisfactory due to numerous issues. We were disappointed with the lack of transparency and inconveniences we experienced.

Family vacat
House worked out perfectly for our stay. Overall I would give it high marks. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the queen bed in the Master bedroom with a King and make sure the cleaning service mops the floor. Although the floors looked clean they turned out socks black on the bottom.

Our stay here was awesome , the house was clean very spacious. My kids loved playing in the garage, the bathrooms were very clean and the host was very responsive to our concerns and needs.

Location was perfect for us and the home was lovely and well apportioned. Home was clean and well maintained with a nice fenced in back yard for our Dachshunds to play.The only tiny little negative I could say would be the yard could've been mowed sooner as it just make it so much easier to find and clean up after the doggies. We will surely keep this place in our que and stay again in the future. Carlos, the host was very much on top with quick response and easy access.
