This hotel has great bones, but it appears to be short staffed and maintainence is an issue. Helpful front desk, but the rooms seem to be updated using a a very tight budget. Random door replaced to sliding door and old casing remains with decades of bad paint jobs and damage remaining. The ventilation system spews out black lint balls/dust. We changed rooms and that room also did the same thing! If you value your respiratory system, don’t stay here. Because of this I wonder about other maintenance issues that are not visible. It’s sad because this truly could be a wonderful hotel with proper upkeep. 6/10 rating in my book

The hotel was excellent, especially the driving service (shuttle) which took us to close by events and restaurants. One of the supervisors Fred was especially kind, great person recommended restaurants and just outright kind.

We were surprised that there wasn’t a full shower door that closes which confused us. And no refrigerator in the room for keeping drinks cold. The room was stylish. I did notice floors weren’t the cleanest so was careful not putting items on the floor. The weather was too cold to walk and transportation was convenient and we liked the drivers. Pleasant and accom
