The neighborhood and location to Albany was great. The outside lighting was also a plus - surrounded all sides but the bathtub was backed up and shower curtain dirty and when I asked for a new one and something for the clog I received a recycled liner and a solution that literally said fatal if inhaled - I didn’t use it with my 2 young children in the house. The remote was missing from the upstairs tv rendering it useless. The host was a bit too much - texting multiple times while I was in training and prior to my arrival with several “threatening” notes left around the place about not breaking house rules basically. I even had to cut my training day short because my host wouldn’t allow me to extend my check out time due to selling of the house/ inspection needed - while she did offer me an option it was to have a stranger come into the house while we were staying there to do this - which was not an option for me. The walls were dusty and I did not feel the bathroom rug was all that new/clean which with the backed up shower left me feeling ick when I got out the shower. Am not sure if it was a neighbor or not either but someone moved the garbage can I had placed outside - per strict instructions - and I did like a strange person on the property - no matter the intention. The beds were comfortable and heat was good throughout the house but communication with the host killed my experience and would not allow me to recommend. They were not friendly or helpful at all.
