It could use some renovation and repairs especially the bathrooms. There were insects in the room during our stay. It was an okay place for an overnight stay.

All was great until Iwalked into a spider web closing the drapes. Then saw 3 squished spiders on the wall.

Extremely run down. Poorly cleaned. Won't return.
Extremely run down. Tub very poorly refinished and stained and dirty. Shower head was great. Plenty of hot water. Found a roach in the bathroom. Poor AC and refrigerate doesn't work properly. Comfortable bed but bed frame very worn out. Floors not properly cleaned. Good blackout drapes. AC/Cooler makes a lot of noise. I will not return.

Very run down outside and inside. Bathrooms are well beyond their lifespan. Tub was rusted through in one corner. Toilet rocked on the floor. AC did not work in first room, barely worked in second. Front desk worker apologized that she did not see the note that it was a no AC room. Very dirty walls and AC vents. Curtains barely hanging on the rod. However beds had clean sheets and was comfortable. AVOID

The rooms are not soundproof, so when I was trying to sleep I kept hearing some pissed-off dude yelling at somebody outside one of the rooms, and it kept me up. The area feels unsafe and there are tweakers and other crazies that stay at the property. No breakfast, but there is free coffee. The location is convenient, next to freeway.

Okay for overnight Bare minimum Good shower & bed
Friendly staff. Property run down. Pool had debris and green. Tub was stained and chipped. Excellent shower head and lots of hot water. Bed was comfortable. TV was strange it had four small spit lights shining from through back to the picture. Linen was thin and rough. AC barely works. Refrigerator barely gets cold. Lighting is good. Furnitings minimal but workable. Electrical outlet lose and doesn't keep things plugged in like the plug to my phone charger. Parking area was lit and ample parking. Outside of building and windows are window screens are very worn and dusty. Staff works hard doing what they can with what is available.

I open the door to get inside and fly/insect flying inside the room. Don’t forget to close the door as soon as you can and bathroom not clean enough

If budget is your chief concern in picking lodging on this desolate stretch of I-5, this is great place. A clean, safe, quiet no-frills room with TV, internet, ice, free morning coffee, microwave ovens (in a common area) and a laundry room. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The immediate area is unattractive but not unsafe and next to the freeway. Walk to Dennys or drive 3 minutes to fast food, 5 minutes to Harris Ranch Resort. Grounds are not well kept. Well, $60/night....

$61 bucks for a clean room, hot shower, cold a/c. Laugh at the clowns paying $150 for the Best Western next door. Sure there's no breakfast/shampoo, etc. But there's a truck stop, Denny's, Carl's Jr., Micky D's and other stuff around. If you need a place to crash before running the I-5 gauntlet down toward LA then this place can't be beat.
