Our heater/ac didn’t work at all. The room was boiling hot and the window only opened two inches. We barely slept cause we opened the window and all the noise from the highway was loud …. Between the extra hot room and the road noise it was not at all a restful night. We left to get on the road again exhausted

The room is large and clean. The staff are friendly. It is also close to many shopping plaza and downtown Coeur D'Alene. Convenient place to stay.

Peace and quiet
Nice quiet stay got much needed rest during my cross country drive to Washington from the east coast. Only negative was there was a big orange stain on the sitting area carpet other than that i enjoyed my stay.
