The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All around a good stay. The only issue was the water pressure in room 111. It was barely dripping out. Please replace the shower head immediately. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay but....bed bugs
I I enjoyed my stay, and everything was fine except the 7 bed bug bites along my hips I left with. I almost did not post about it but I am nearly two weeks in and they are still trying to heal. I'm allergic to bed bugs and mosquitoes so they look worse, or are more noticeable than maybe your average person. Sad to say this because other than the bites everything was fine. my stay but......

My only complaint was that I did not have a microwave oven in my room. However, being that renovation was occurring I understand. The manager was very helpful. When I initially booked my room through Expedia.com the did not give me a senior citizen or military discount. They told me to ask for it when I check in. The manager said that was not the way it was supposed to be done. But she got on it and calculated and corrected my bill for me to get my discount. Yea! Great Job taking care of your customers.
