The hotel was beautiful with terrible service. During our stay we had no soap, I asked for room service and did not receive any. The bed did not come with a fitted sheet. Did not receive wash cloths or towels. Also the elevator broke down & we had to take the stairs… the stairs led us to the laundry room & kitchen. It was very scary. They do not have stairs for emergencies. If you care about being comfortable and safe do not come here.
