The property was amazing the look and feel all perfect, staff were very friendly. Only issue AC went out (unfortunate) and in 4 days it was not fixed and the hotel only offered a small personal fan per room.

Not sure how this hotel passed for an 3.5 star . Would not recommend. Area was sketchy, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, toliet paper went flying off holder everytime I tried to use it. Let my pillow by accident called to get it back and was told it was not “found.”

All of the employees are beyond helpful! Lounge area is absolutely beautiful and a great place to hangout. Our room was even better than expected with big windows and the set up was amazing. Our only issue was our soap being out but the workers were very quick at getting a refill to us. Definitely worth the stay

They did not offer anything other than yogurt for the free breakfast which I specifically called and asked about when I booked. Don’t care if you have allergies they force you to buy something instead of offer something else for the FREE breakfast. Pictures are not what you get. It was almost impossible to get into due to construction which they also failed to mention and I talk to them multiple times before arriving. They seemed very nice and accommodating at first with being flexible with a late check out but once we arrived they are not as nice as they pretend to be and truly don’t care to hold up to the false advertising they do. No pool or hot tub even though it said there was one year round (they did fix that to say seasonal now but I have screen shots where it did not say that) no where at all to walk service dogs or pets. Got a nail in my tire it was honestly awful and they refuse to offer any type of refund or compensation

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Huge fitness room. Eco friendly. Helpful staff. Only disappointment was the very meager included breakfast (yogurt).
