My mom stayed at this property for two days. It is obviously very old and not kept up very well. Housekeeping did not even enter the room to provide new towels. When my mom called the front desk and reported this they immediately sent up new towels, but didn't bother to take the old towels.
The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel! Seriously! It is like a small apartment's bathroom. No room at all!
They have an accessibility issue with their inner door. When you press the handicap button to open the door from the inside, one door begins to open, stops halfway and closes. I showed this to the person at the front desk when I noticed. He did not seem to concerned, nor did it "seem" (because I don't know if he did anything about it) as if that was going to be addressed.
My mom is blind, the woman in the eating area at breakfast was VERY gracious. Her name was Crystal, she was very helpful, courteous, professional and compassionate.
We had two key cards. One only worked one day, the other fortunately worked both days. We will not be staying here again.
