We had problems with the heat it was humid in our room. The windows were foggy the hole time. The bathroom was perfect for my wife's disability but the drainage was horrible and it was always wet in there. House keeping did not even try to clean up the water but maintenance was awesome and came to clean up the water right away.

Super clean room, very comfortable bed. 2 TVs in the suite so that was also very nice. The breakfast was also very nice.

Parking is not well marked. There was trash on the floor of our room upon arrival. The room was HOT, but nothing in the room telling you they are in an old boiler system so to cool the room you have to turn it off. Checkout staff was short. Checkin staff and validators were nice.

Hotel was in a convenient location. We had two separate rooms on the 8th floor, both rooms were hot and humid. The air conditioning didn’t cool it off at all so it was miserable trying to sleep. One room was in fairly nice condition but the second had water damage and peeling wall paper.

Wonderful stay! They upgraded our room for free and the room was amazing! Only downside was the hot water in our room was not hot and the thermostat must have been broken. Set it to 64* and it didn’t drop past 72*. Outside of that, amazing stay and can’t wait to come back soon!

Requested my room to be cleaned early. They never showed up. No way to regulate room temperature whuch was stifling. Shut off my keys after one night while i was staying for 2 nights. Staff was very nice but hotel is a disaster and not cheap.
