Never stayed booked by accident. Refund refused.
Accidentally booked, hotel refunded my money to hotel.com and they refused to release the funds to me. I never stayed at the property, I was adding an updated credit card and accidental booked. I called right away to rectify the issue and thought it was resolved, spoke to supervisor Gabrielle who was very helpful at the front desk of Sheraton. Then hotels.com has told me several times that the hotel denied the refund request. I’m not sure what to believe at this point. I Will never do business with either party again.
