This property is special and unique. It has extra charm. It is a historic building and therefore is not in “new” condition, but it is quite nice. I would definitely return, especially when I had more time to explore.

The bed was so comfortable. Slept like a baby. The cottage was quaint. I liked the self check in and out. Close to Fredericksburg for shopping and dining. Will definitely stay there again some time! The grounds were well kept. It was perfect for a weekend trip!

You will be pleasantly surprised. Super spacious yet very cozy and comfortable. I am literally writing this while on the bed in the room. I will definitely come back with my friends in summer!!

Beautiful Property
The property is nice and relaxing , although I woukd recommend you look into one of the other offerings besides the Ernestine cottages which we stayed . Was very clean , but heater dis not keep up with the cold and it was a little more rustic for us . Some of the other locations on the property looked to be in much nicer shape , but I ee all we will return just won't be staying in the same cottage .
