Privately owned hotel that is working hard to keep going. Many upgrades. Our room was nice, bed was very comfortable. The manager and other staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked in a few hours early with no problem. Excellent restaurant right next door. Will certainly stay here again next year when we come to the Clambake Festival !!!
