Best parts - really great price, modern facilities, central location, comfortable bed. The room was small but idk how you can complain about that for the price Worst parts - super super dusty walls and shower, room was absolutely freezing to sleep even with the thermostat turned up to full Not perfect, but would 100% stay again for the great price and location

One guy needs to be disciplined or fired.
The key cards stopped working for the kitchen. When I asked for help the guy with a sparse beard and tattoos implied I was lying to avoid paying €3 fee. That was uncalled for.

The Steel House offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in a very convenient part of Copenhagen. Our room with ensuite had a lovely outlook and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very professional. The lounge areas and other amenities are also exceptional.
