Over all rating 3. Check in was 3pm. We showed up just before 4pm and our room was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes while they got our room ready. The coffee is not good either. No cream and not enough sugar available per room. It was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. Not sure I would stay here again for the price.

Incredibly friendly and efficient staff, at 5 star level and very surprising in a 3 star roadside hotel. The place is clean, well thought out and the free car charger was a bonus. If you've stayed in this type of hotel before you know the free breakfast isn't much, but here was definitely far above average. This is now my preferred choice in the area.

My only minor negative comment is that the exercise room floor needed a quick sweep. This was an excellent property to stay at! Very friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back soon.

wonderful happy staff. terrific breakfast so much variety and lots to eat. rooms very comfy this hotel is less than a year old ..definitely the best in comox/courtenay

Such a wonderful hotel. Less than 12 months old. Truly happy efficient staff. Breakfast was exceptional .. fruit, pancakes, eggs, omlettes, sausage or bacon plus cereals toast yogurt and of course coffee look forward to our next stay
