    -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
    - Just a quick note about check-in and check-out times! While we love to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, we can confirm these requests only 48 hours in advance. This helps us ensure a seamless transition between guests, as we may have others arriving or departing on the same day. Our cleaning team usually needs about 5 hours between stays. Thanks for understanding!
    -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

    The property was a great place to stay in. The only con I would say there is that the upstairs residents park in the middle of both parking spots in front of the property. They did it almost everyday we stayed, with young children it makes it a little hard to park further down the street.

    I stayed there with my three sisters. We like to meet up with each other every fit a visit. . Crawfordsville was close to a halfway point for all of us driving. The place is very cute. The location is great. We went into town a lot. . The beds are a little small 2 people to sleep I In. But we’re sisters so it wasn’t a big deal

    The short walk to visit my son at Wabash was much appreciated in winter weather. Easy walk to downtown shopping and dining. Bright and sunny with good blinds to block out the light in the early morning. As previously mentioned, you can occasionally hear the pitter-patter of little feet from the tenants upstairs which, as a parent of teenagers, I thought was sweet. The street noise didn't bother me. And I agree, as previously mentioned, that the 10am check out is too early. I would consider staying again and especially during winter weather so I don't need to rent a car. The living room area was comfortable when I was using my laptop, and the kitchen island would be as well. Rental staff was extremely responsive to my emailed questions which I really appreciated.

    Perfect spot
    I stayed so I had easy access to the State parks. It was a short 20-30 minute drive to the parks. It was perfect as the location was in town so it was easy to access dining and shopping when I wasn’t at the parks. I could hear street noise but by 9pm it was much quieter and I slept in the bedroom furthest from the road. Cute, perfect little place to stay!

    Did not realize a family rents upstair unit. Lots of movement during late hours and a small child. Parking is very limited. If other homes park in front there isn't space for renter to park.

    Clean throughout with a nicely updated kitchen. Well decorated...felt like home. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Beds were softer than we like. Road noise was quite annoying at times. Being senior citizens, did not realize we could not watch live TV without a streaming app (which we don't have / was listed in 'details', but we just didn't know what it meant). Close to places we wanted to visit. Lots of extras in the kitchen to help with making our meals after a long day out.
