The room itself was clean and spacious, but several items in the room were broken such as a set of blinds, and towel hooks in the bathroom. Towels and bedding were clean but many pillows were lumpy. Couch in the front room has stains. Elevator was broken which was very inconvenient for my 78yo senior mother. Noise was loud one evening when the room next door was playing live music. Grounds were rundown. Back door and gate was broken and open most times. Rarely saw staff at the front desk.

Need renovations
This hotel has good location in Cupertino. The room is spacious. Hotel condition is poor. Carpet is very old and dirty. Room is not soundproof at all. The hotel really needs to be renovated. When we checked in, we got a room with air conditioning was broken. The second room we get has shower faucet leaking.
