If I could give the staff more than five stars I would. Travelling through Vietnam and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. Spotless! Great location . Can walk to the dragon bridge , the beach and the market.

Staff is very warm, service is excellence. We got a surprise birthday cake as they saw our passport birthday. Hotel is located at good location, We love the hotel it’s very bright and clean. Breakfast buffet has various choice. We were enjoying our stay here !

기본적으로 직원들이 모두 친절한 편입니다. 가끔 한국어를 어설프게 사용하셔서 오히려 의사소통에 장애가 있을 때가 아주 약간 있었습니다만, 그마저도 추억이겠거니 하고 즐겼네요. 16층의 수영장은 큰 편은 아닙니다만 간단하게 수영을 즐기기에는 전혀 문제 없습니다. 물론 사람이 많다면.. 자리잡기부터 쉽지 않습니다. 수영장 위쪽 루프탑에 와인바가 있는데 와인바의 직원분들이 아주아주 친절했습니다. 분위기도 좋고 저녁에 가볍게 한 잔하기 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 원활하고 빠르게 이루어졌습니다. 조식은... 그냥 조식이네 하고 드실만합니다. 맛있다!! 이건 아니고 정말 맛없다! 까지도 아니었습니다. 그냥 무던~합니다.
