Newley remodeled but when we arrived they informed us the pool was removed a year ago and unfortunately it’s still being advertised as that they have one. If we knew ahead of time we would of never stayed. The front desk needs to be a bit more professional as I was in line waiting to pay for some snacks but I could see how rude the lady was speaking to a guest who was on the phone who just arrived at the airport clearly needing help trying to figure the shuttle process out and she asked him to call her back because she was busy. She hangs up and the phone rings again and she states to me how she hates having to talk to people on the phone and she should stayed home today. Sorry but customer service should be vetted a little better at this site.

I stayed here for 1 night for an early morning flight the next day. The service and room were both great. They offer transportation to and from the airport. Once you land you need to call them and they will send the shuttle to the purple zone Courtesy Shuttle section where Ground Transportation is. I only had to wait 15 mins. Make sure you tell reception what time you want to book your ride to the airport though. My shuttle was full the next morning as some folks hadn't signed up in advance but I was able to get there in time. Overall I would stay here again.

The evening check in lady had a health emergency the ambulance was here and couldn’t get ahold of a supervisor so she sucked it up took care of the guest. She was wonderful I felt so bad for her. Meant a lot how she handled things. I hope she got help and feels better.
