At check in the person did not direct me or orient me as to where the elevator was. I wandered around for at least 5-10 min until I finally asked another guest for the location The hallway outside my room was full of loud partyers from lobby, and there was some sort of incident involving sirens that went on for at least 45 min- all between 1130 pm and 1am

The thermostat would not turn on the heater. It would say 85 degrees but feel like outside. My room was freezing always. Also, I called for a shuttle and waited an hour at the airport to find that no one would come. I called concierge to get an update on the shuttle and the phone just kept ringing. No one picked up. It was very frustrating. If the hotel weren’t so close to where I needed to be, I don’t think I would’ve stayed there.

Nice hotel but shuttle service pickup at hotel was horrible. Didn’t get picked up the first time and the second time the shuttle drove right past us and didn’t stop had to use a Uber to get to hotel.
