We liked that the room was clean, staff was friendly and of course those delicious cookies. The only thing that would have been nicer is that there was a large gap at the bottom of the door to the room and you could hear the people in the hallway loud and clear.

I had been staying at this property several times a year at least one whole week at a time since 2006. It was a good comfortable property with good services in the past. During the last a few years it had cut services from providing even a bottle of water. It is an old building even the heating doesn’t work. It does not meet Hilton standards.

The only thing that was not great is the amount of people who were smoking right by the entrance or near it. I wish there were a designated space further away
