Ive stayed in a few Hyatt's and their express properties. Im also aware that it is a budget hotel with excellent amenities for the price. But there is no reason for it to seem lowend or budget. Not with the parent name. This said, we found a cigarette hole in the sheets. The sheets felt very low end, uncomfortable. We were thankful for the coffe pot and coffee, but small bottled water would have been nice too. Nothing. Basic cable, which is fine. Just dissapointed.
